1. Install app and sign in
Download Keeper Password Manager from the Apple App Store.
Open the app and sign in with your account.
2. Set up security
Enable Face ID or Touch ID for faster unlocking.
3. Enable Autofill on iOS
Open the iOS settings.
Go to Passwords > Password Options.
Enable AutoFill and select Keeper.
Check that Keeper is the default password manager.
4. Add records
Open Keeper and tap ‘Create’ or ‘+’.
Create a login record.
Add username, password, and website.
Use the password generator for strong passwords.
Optionally add notes or files.
5. Folders and organization
Create folders to group records.
Use shared folders for teams or family.
Move records to the correct folder for clarity.
6. Import passwords
Import passwords via settings.
Supported methods: CSV file or other password managers.
After importing, check if all data is correct.
7. Use Autofill
Go to an app or website with a login.
Tap ‘Passwords’ above the keyboard.
Choose the correct record.
Keeper will automatically fill in the login details.
8. Sharing data
Open a record and choose ‘Share’.
Add the recipient’s email address.
Decide if the recipient can edit or only view.
Use shared folders for multiple users.
9. Extra features
Use favorites for quick access.
View history of changes.
Scan documents and store them securely.
Delete or archive old records.
